1.1 numbers from the full post

Version 1.1 capped each unlock at 3 proficiency points, removed several collected-coin gates, and stopped upgrades locking other paths. Chutes became a 25-point support lane. Maximum Flow speed for Shovel and Magnet rose from +20% to +30%; Shovel Heavy Strike base chance rose from 22% to 40%, with impact strength increased by 50%. Leg Day, Apparently was retired, and 15 ordinary achievements became eligible after Keep Playing.

Version 1.2 removed the first-run proficiency cap, buffed some shovel proficiencies, reworked some pocket-bank skills, and fixed two-handed-grip scaling under some conditions. It added a separate chute-volume slider, simplified tooltips, and fixed manual hopper interaction range. Existing saves retain purchases, progress, and skill version; a 1.1 route should not be labeled a tested 1.2 route.
